In the past week, KWA hosted two cleanup events on the Ohio River and the Kentucky River. The Holy Cross High School Environmental Club helped remove trash and debris from Kulmer Beach on the Ohio River, with help from Louisville Metro Parks & Recreation's Natural Areas Division. We also held a day-long cleanup on the Kentucky River in partnership with Canoe Kentucky and Kentucky River Tours. We are eternally grateful for our network of partners and volunteers who make these events possible!
