WHAT'S IN YOUR WATER?

Make plans to join us at Berea College on October 14-15!
The Kentucky Watershed Network Summit is for watershed stewards and leaders of all kinds - from volunteers to professionals, new to experienced, community members to elected officials, from farmers to funders. This year's theme is What's in Your Water?  Thank you to the National Wildlife Federation for their support of the summit. Event registration will be announced soon, but in the meantime reserve your accommodations at Boone Tavern, where we have reserved a block of rooms. Instructions to book:
  • Go to the website (boonetavernhotel.com) or contact the front desk at 859-985-3700 and let them know your group is under “Kentucky Watershed Network”
  • Type in your arrival and departure dates. “10/14/26"
  • Group ID Code : 298144.
  • If you wish to book an additional night (10/13 or 10/15), you can contact Boone Tavern Hotel directly.

Call for Proposals Open Until JULY 1st

KWA is accepting proposals until July 1st ​for the Kentucky Watershed Network Summit to be held at Berea College on October 14-15. Submit your proposal here for a presentation, workshop, panels discussion, exhibitor table, and/or field trip that is recreational, educational, or a demonstration.
The theme of this year's KWN Summit is "What's in Your Water?". Tracks will include:
  • General water quality and where to get information and resources
  • Novel or emerging pollutants - what's new and what you need to know
  • Who is using the water - kids in parks, anglers, paddlers, public utilities - drinking & wastewater
